Do It Yourself (DIY)
My father taught me many things as I grew up. Most of them I'm only now beginning to understand and appreciate. Being a farmer, he gave me a very strong sense of self-reliance. You do it yourself, because it gives you a better understanding of who you are and how things work, or there is no one else to do it. The later was usually the case, but the first part sounds so much more thoughtful and deep.

Here I hope to bore you with some of my DIY adventures. I am not a fancy DIY'er. I am more your get'er done type. So we will see what shows from time-to-time.
